Quotations, Engineering Files, and Order Acceptance<\/h2>\n

We base all formal production pricing on the exact data parameters provided in your engineering packages.<\/p>\n

  • Data Accuracy:<\/strong> The buyer must provide complete Gerber or ODB++ datasets. We are not liable for circuit failures caused by incomplete layout layers or corrupted archive transmissions.<\/li>\n
  • Quote Validity:<\/strong> Standard factory price sheets remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue due to fluctuating raw polyimide and copper material costs.<\/li>\n
  • Order Confirmation:<\/strong> An order officially enters our production tracking pipeline only after payment clearance and full engineering review approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n

    Engineering DFM Verification and Manufacturing Authorization<\/h2>\n

    We enforce a strict design-for-manufacturing (DFM) verification gate to eliminate spacing conflicts and optimization issues before physical etching begins.<\/p>\n

    • Final EQ Approval:<\/strong> If our team identifies layout bottlenecks (such as insufficient annular rings or microvia spacing), we will issue an Engineering Question (EQ) form. Production pauses until the buyer approves our modifications in writing.<\/li>\n
    • Authorized Deviations:<\/strong> Once the buyer’s sign off on the final DFM layout template, this approved document overrides all previous custom flexible pcb design variations. We build the physical boards exactly to this approved template.<\/li>\n
    • Tooling Setup Costs:<\/strong> Tooling and setup fees cover the mechanical laser stencils and programming hours required by our fpc factory lines. All custom tooling fixtures remain the physical property of Teleconix Inc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n

      Production Lead Times, Shipping Boundaries, and Customs<\/h2>\n

      We work to maintain consistent processing times for everything from a quick turn FPC prototype batch to high-volume commercial shipments.<\/p>\n

      • Lead Time Estimates:<\/strong> Manufacturing days count from the moment the final DFM blueprint is signed off, not from the initial payment date.<\/li>\n
      • Shipping Conditions:<\/strong> Standard shipments operate under EXW or FOB terms. Our delivery responsibility ends once the vacuum-sealed, moisture-proof cartons are handed over to the authorized courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS).<\/li>\n
      • Customs Clearance Responsibility:<\/strong> The buyer is responsible for import tariffs, customs entry paperwork, and local taxes at the destination port.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n

        • Limit of Liability:<\/strong> Our financial liability is strictly capped at the invoice value of the bare board batch.
