Power Routing for ESC and Propulsion Modules
An ESC power distribution FPC connects the propulsion electronics within a constrained airframe. Review the power route together with the mounting points and thermal path so that copper layout, terminations and mechanical support are specified as one assembly.
Define Electrical and Thermal Loads
Provide continuous and peak current, duty cycle, allowable voltage drop and the surrounding thermal conditions. Agree the conductor design and validation method with the supplier before releasing the production files.
