Flexible Routing Across a Three-Axis Gimbal
A gimbal LiDAR flex ribbon connects a moving optical or sensing payload to its host electronics. Each branch needs a defined route through the gimbal travel, with support and clearance at the fixed interfaces.
Validate the Moving Assembly
Provide the rotation limits, bend geometry, duty cycle and signal interfaces. Evaluate the prototype in the intended mechanism and specify electrical checks during motion as part of the acceptance plan.
Prepare a Project-Specific RFQ
Send gimbal model, axis travel, sensor pinout and motion-test requirements, together with revision-controlled fabrication files and expected quantities.
