Routing Inside an Articulating Endoscope Tip
An endoscope tip FPC connects imaging, illumination or sensing electronics within an articulated distal assembly. The circuit route, supported regions and connector positions need to be reviewed against the movement and assembly constraints of the device.
Define Motion and Exposure Conditions
Provide the articulation path, handling cycles and whether the flex is enclosed or directly exposed. Any cleaning, disinfection or sterilization process must be specified and validated for the complete construction; it cannot be inferred from a substrate name.
Prepare a Project-Specific RFQ
Send tip geometry, articulation profile, sensor connections and device exposure requirements, together with revision-controlled fabrication files and expected quantities.
